I'm not going to say much. I don't know the answer to the situation. Unlike in the Gulf where the simple answer would have been 'don't support a murderous nutter, and then be surprised when he turns on you', the Kosovov thing is a bit more difficult.
However, the one thing I'm certain of is that America still hasn't learnt that it can't bomb their way to victory. In Vietnam there were nights when they dropped more bombs than were dropped in the entire of the second world war, and yet they lost!
Get real, if you want to be the worlds policemen, then you have to tread the beat!
