Most of the morning was spent rearranging things to free up Friday for the funeral. Apart from an hour-and-a-half spent on the 'phone to eBay, mostly on hold. Apparently the reason I couldn't find any trace of my appeal on their site was because it was refused. They just didn't tell me. And they have a strict policy of not revisiting appeals. 
So basically, I'm out of pocket for those laptop batteries that never arrived. The company I bought them from has "refunded" £24 to my PayPal account; I paid over £80. 
I maanged to find and wash my black shirt and black fleece. 
I watched "Brooklyn 9-9", "Family Guy", "CSI", "New Tricks", "Never Mind the Buzzcocks" and "Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries".
