There was little to report through the day. My upstairs neighbour stuck another lighter through my letter box, showing that he really has no conception of what he's done. 
I got in about 8:35, and I grilled myself a burger 
and put on "John Carter" with a view to watching it before posting a Journal and heading for bed. 
Except I fell asleep halfway through and didn't wake till five to midnight. 
I dragged myself to the bedroom, took off my shoes and collapsed on the bed fully dressed.
Earlier, in the ward, I watched "24", "True Blood", "Californication" and "Murder in the First".
