Really bad breakfast

The day didn't start well. 
I had a big single-serving sachet of "Chocolate Orange Granola" that I had been looking forward to. I poured it into the bowl, sniffed the milk - it smelled fine - and poured it on. Only to discover with the first mouthful that the milk had *really* turned. 
It was like a blue cheese milkshake. 
I poured the milk out and forced the granola down anyway, as I couldn't afford to waste it, but for the first three hours in the dialysis chair I was belching blue cheese. 
As I said to one of the nurses, at least when a day starts like that you know it can only get better. 
I was actually pretty ill through the whole of dialysis, not all related to my stomach. I had to give up watching TV after one show ("Bob's Burgers") because my blood pressure kept crashing and setting off alarms. I had to get them to recline the chair, and I spent the whole day with my eyes tightly closed so I wouldn't be staring at the fluorescent light strip. 
I had a chat with one of my fellow patients on the way home, an older man called John, and he claimed he loved all music except "Jungle". I promised to lend him my iPod on Tuesday so he could find a whole lot of new genres that he didn't like. 
And that's about it. I got home, had a small sandwich and watched "Wallander". 
I'm currently cooking a double chicken burger and planning a late night watching Netflix, possibly with
