I was quite productive in the morning, noteably managing to finally transfer my energy supplier online. 
Then I got to the hospital, and things slowed to a crawl. I was about an hour in the waiting room before I was called through, then the machine choked and clotted so I had to sit back for another hour while anti-clotting agents worked round my system, and finally I had to start the whole five hours again. 
I got home just before 10pm. 
I watched "NCIS", "Family Guy", "Person of Interest" and I plan to watch "Boss" just as soon as it shows up on the catch-up.
