I was feeling pretty good after this morning's hypnotherapist appointment, 
and as it was an absolutely beautiful, cloudless day I 'phoned my pals Er1c and Bisset and organised an afternoon out at a pub.. With a beer garden. Where I discovered the joys of "Edinburgh Raspberry Gin". 
After that, I came home and slept for a little while 
before catching up on some TV.
I watched "Californication", "Bob's Burgers", "Family Guy", "Have I Got News for You", "The Simpsons", "The Graham Norton Show" and "Veep". 
There were also a few false starts where I discovered that I had missed the previous episode - off to try to download those now.
