I bumped into one of the doctors when I went in for dialysis today, and she said she was surprised at how well I looked! 
And then she reduced my "target weight" by a kilo, so they would suck even more fluid out of me. 
About fifteen minutes earlier I bumped into my psl George in the corridor. We chatted awhile, then headed off to our respective appointments. 
When I got home I treated myself to a huge, very spicy sandwich made with smoked cheese, cold meat, lime pickle and chilli & garlic sauce. 
I watched "Grimm", "Shetland", "Law & Order: SVU" and "Family Guy". 
Oooh, oooh, and I forgot to mention yesterday - TalkTalk have just discontinued the calls and internet package I use, so they're upgrading me to their calls, internet and TV package at no extra cost! And they're throwing in a free "YouView" box, which is something I was planning to buy anyway!

Excellent Peet! Looking well, and you got your box!
Well done! I said that getting you out of the flat on a regular basis might improve your health. Are you noticing any improvement in getting puffed out when you go anywhere? (Not up stairs particularly, but walking)

I can walk from the front door of the hospital to the ward (with a sit-down halfway) before dialysis, but I need to be rolled back on a wheelchair afterwards.
