It was my second appointment with the hypnotherapist today. 
Despite all the "relaxation techniques" the mental exercises pretty much stressed me out. 
But it was a really beautiful day, and I enjoyed the journeys there and back. 
I did a lot of tweaking around my "Mustardland" today. 
I almost doubled the size of the "Moderator Guidelines" and installed two new moderators to replace the one that left us last year. 
I watched "Elementary" and "Law & Order: SVU". I had planned to be watching "Have I Got News for You" on the iPlayer now, but 40 minutes after transmission it still hasn't appeared. 
Maybe later... 
Instead, I'll be watching "The Graham Norton Show" in ten minutes or so...
