Today worked out well. I got rolled through for dialysis almost the second I arrived, got a nice sandwich straight away and a tasty cooked meal (Gammon with a peach slice on top, cauliflower on the side and a bowl of custard) later, then just caught the Red Cross ambulance to make it home almost two and a half hours earlier than planned. 
The brief downside was that I discovered a new symptom - low blood pressure. 
I laid back to nap a while after tea, and operned my eyes to three nurses fighting each other to cancel the alarms that were going off on my "machine". 
Between my tablet during dialysis and my home TV, I watched "Bones", "House of Lies", "NCIS" and "Agents of SHIELD". 
I treated myself to a
