I had an appointment round at the Calsayseat clinic this afternoon. It was something I had done a hundred times before - I booked a taxi, headed down to meet it and drove there. 
Except this time I didn't take the aftermath of the dialysis into account. 
The walk down the stairs to the taxi knx=ackered me. By the time we got there you could have poured me into a bucket. The taxi driver was so concerned he offered to forget the fare... The folk at Calsayseat were horrified that I had even attempted to get there on my own and set about arranging to get me back home, culminating in a spell in a wheelchair followed by short ambulance ride a couple of hours later. 
So, I had basically underestimated just how much energy the whole experience has drained from me. 
This means I need to plan my trip for dialysis tomorow a lot more carefully, with things like the trip to the toilet before I go being half an hour earlier. I also need to pack sandwiches... 
I watched "2 Broke Girls", "Archer", "The Big Bang Theory", "Line of Duty" and "Law & Order: SVU".
