My Mum just got the results back from the specialist and the news isn't good. Without going into too much detail, I won't be budgeting for another birthday card.
I'm going to try to get up to Portsoy to see her, if I can arrange transport and find a day when neither of us have hospital appointments.
I got the news from my Sister on the 'phone, between two appointments of my own. The day started well, but now I'm just a bit shell-shocked.
On the TV front, I watched "Andromeda", "Republic of Doyle", "Death in Paradise" and "Law & Order: SVU". But I really didn't take any of it in.
Bad news.
