I was feeling "rough" last night. It was a familiar feeling, but I just couldn't put my finger on it. I crashed early and left the Journal till today. 
...Until I got up at 5:30am with an explosive case of "the runs". 
I've been dashing through on and off ever since. 
I'm cold - all the body heat I build up escapes in jets of hot lava that I flush away. 
(TMI? Sorry.)
Now comes the fun part as I have to force down some breakfast. 
Yesterday was pretty uneventful. I didn't do (or eat) anything out of the ordinary. I guess this is just a return of the autonomic neuropathy. 
Fortunately, I have no plans for today, and I'm not expecting any visitors or parcels. 
Yesterday, I watched "Californication", "Andromeda", "Republic of Doyle" and a couple of shows of "Frankie Boyle Live" on Netflix.
