I guess this is just what you get if you skip the quadruple espresso in the morning. 
I was pretty tired when I first woke up, so I just had a glass of fruit juice with my meds and went back to sleep till the taxi turned up to take me to see the nurse. 
The trip back home took an hour longer than necessary - for the second day in a row they sent my taxi to the *wrong hospital*... 
I watched "Monsters vs Aliens", "Agents of SHIELD", "NCIS: LA", "NCIS", "Drawn Together" and "Misfits". 
And I napped a bit more.
