I had to get up and move to the armchair at 3am because I was finding breathing difficult, but once I'd done that I fell asleep and woke up feeling great. 
I made it round to the clinic to get my pressure dressings changed 
but wasn't all that productive otherwise. I tried to Spinrite the first of my two 3TB drives, but gave up after six hours when it was only a few KBytes through the surface... 
I also had several failed attempts at capturing a backup of my "MyFlat.org.uk" webmail by IMAP before it expires. But the server's not playing ball. 
I watched "Agents of SHIELD", "NCIS: LA", "NCIS", "Supernatural", "Ambassadors" and "Misfits". 
I'm off to watch some "Daria" before I crash.
