Yesterday morning I 'phoned and ordered a taxi for 2:05pm today. A taxi arrived at 2:05 *yesterday* despite my getting the woman on the 'phone to repeat the word "Tomorrow" twice. 
The driver said he would radio through a correction to the booking. He didn't. 
I stood and waited for twenty-five minutes until my appointment time had been and gone before dragging myself up the stairs to call them, to be told to go back down the stairs and wait again. 
Eventually I got my dressings applied. 
I watched "Ray Donovan", "Stargate SG-1", "New Tricks", "The Last Leg" (just realised I missed it last week. 
) and "Suits".
