It's been an odd sort of a day. I haven't watched any TV yet, choosing instead to play some "Rock Radio" while I dozed under a duvet in the armchair... 
I just had a pint of 
, probably a mistake this late in the day, but pretty much the only thing that would wake me up enough to move from this chair. 
I tried to make a start on clearing up the couch, but gave up after spending about an hour gathering together one large handful of paper for recycling. 
I've got a couple of movies downloaded 
but I can't remember what any of them are called, and I'll either watch one or more of those, or some Netflix. 
Next month, it seems I have a string of 9am medical appointments to prepare for. I've got a couple of weeks to shift my metabolism "back" by two or three hours...
