Last night, that is. 
I dozed off in front of the TV in the armchair about quarter to eleven last night and woke with a start about an hour-and-a-bit later. I figured that if I woke myself up enough to post a Journal I wouldn't get back to sleep, so I just dragged myself through to bed. 
It was another quiet day yesterday. I got through most of another chapter of my Learning Python" nook 
and fixed some niggling problems with my Macbook. 
I watched "A Touch of Cloth", "Breaking Bad", "Stargate SG-1", "New Tricks" and "Hemlock Grove".
