I just wrote the day off and spent most of it flaked out on the couch. I feel much the better for it. 
I cooked a rather fine chicken & mushroom pie. 
I watched "Doctor Who", "Doctor Who Confidential", "CSI: NY", "Law & Order", "Dirt" and "Have I Got More News for You". 
Now I'm off to sleep on the couch...
