if you know the account name you used, without the password.

put the account name in, and any 7 letter password, it will after a few goes, ask for the secret answer, the question will be there to see, so if the question rings a bell. add the answer, and your in.

if you get on, go straight into details, and set the password, over 8 letters or numbers. change the details ie email if diff.

then snd as the email will need a confirmation. and you are hopefully back on your old space.

in feb the signin will be dif, as the h2g2 will be using a new, bbc_id, called barlesque.
