The Three Different Persona Talk

I have been talking with a friend who has issues with understanding society. He is one of the unfortunate people to only see the surface of a person. I understand that this sounds a bit shallow but he is not that type of person. He is actually one of the kindest people I know.
Anyways, last night I was having one of those deep heart to hearts with him and I explained how people have the three different persona aspects of their life.
They have their Public Persona, which is what every one gets to see. Then they have the Private Persona Which only your closest friends and loved ones get to see. And, last but not least your secret person that only yourself know.
Any comments on this???????
