Hi Mandy. I don't write very many short stories so I'm not sure about subbing them. What about starting this conversation in word play. I'm sure someone who has more experience than me will jump to help you. I have sent a couple to women's mags but as yet have not had any success.
Most women's mags have guidlines for the sort of thing they expect in a short story they would publish.
By the way, it's better if you don't write in capitol letters as it's considered shouting on the web!!!!!!
