Hope that after sleeping on it you do change your mind. I don’t know what happened to make you want to do this but it would make this a sadder place if you go. Even though I’ve not known you long you’ve always been friendly and helpful. Please don’t let a very small minority drive you away.

I agree. I try to stay out of arguments - it isn't always easy, from what I've seen of you you've been a really helpful person, with some great ideas. Don't go!
