You have definitely got the feel of corporate speak!
You can't get away from it, either. I've now shuffled off into the voluntary sector and, even there, we're into restructuring, amalgamating, putting together bids for competitive tendering etc.
The rhythm is still rather irregular. I don't want to sound as if I'm setting myself up as a Poetry Expert 
, so I'll just say read it aloud many times, looking for pieces that jar and changing them.
