All in all,
I find that this is my home though it has become more international here than before... I prefer this wouldn't be international place to chat otherwise I can't communicate with English by correct English

Hiya Kat
I do understand what you mean
When I read 'the secret garden' I couldn't stop reading so I forgot getting off the train
I love 'the Secret Garden' So pleasant and warm story
I am thinking what novel I'll read next now No Japanese
Oops I have to finish reading 'Le Petit Prince (the Little Prince)' in French, too. It takes over YEARS to finish reading

Hiya Taamyu,
Yes I have nearly forgotten to get off the bus when I am engrossed in a book. I have never read the Secret Garden but I have watched it on television when it has either been made into a TV series or a film.
There is one children's TV show it is about an orphaned girl and a phoenix but cannot remember what it is called.
My French is very basic, I am sure if I stayed in Northumberland where I used to live and not move down to London I would have a better understanding of the language as our teacher was very talented and made lessons very interesting. She would recite to us the Hobbit and from a very early age, I thought that Middle Earth was a real place in Northumberland.
Take care
Katrine
