Not really too hard to buy Mac peripherals now... USB ports are valid for PC and Mac, so a USB mouse, monitor, scanner, printer (etc) will work either machine... it just needs the proper driver so the computer recognises it when you replug it in. No worries there... all the major companies provide the drivers on their websites.

Forgot about that... my Mac still has an SCSI port and something else... the new Macs have the USB port and the superfast FireWire port, I think. Ahhh. These things confuse me.

My plan:
Step 1. Cook supper.
Step 2. Get a job.
Step 3. Earn money.
Step 4. Get an iMac.
Step 5. Relax.

Relax should always go at number one... as Frankie Goes To Hollywood proved in the early 90's. Always relax... if you're not being eaten alive or thrown off a cliff, there's every chance that you'll still be here tomorrow.
Reeeeee-laxxxxxx... (exhales)

The trouble is, I relax too much, and end up getting nothing done at all.

Uh-oh. Been there, done that. Do you then get annoyed with yourself for having accomplished so little, and so end up not REALLY being relaxed at all....? That's what I do, anyway. I consider it the root of all the biggest problems in my life. The inability (or unwillingness) to do the things that need to be done when they need to be done, so that they snowball into bigger, uglier problems down the road.
Oops. I'm rambling.
