It seems absurd to me that David Cameron should have to withdraw 500 British troops from Afghanistan by 2012 in order to police the News of the World.
Or am I getting the headlines mixed up?
No, come to think of it, maybe he should withdraw 1000, and police the Sun too; and a tank battalion for the Mail, with helicopter support.
