Thesis avoidance par excellence. It is on the line. I soaped it and hosed it down, and got a drooking' in the process. Then I brushed it.
Steak pie n' veg. A bottle Speccie vino.
Some writing done.
We watched Lewis series 1 eppy 1 last night and, demmy, the quality of the writing was so much better than the latest lot. If separated from the chemistry of Lewis and Hathaway, the show nowadays would be ver' much of a toom tabard.

Agree about Lewis. When they first started I thought they were wonderfully better than Morse, which I actively disliked. Laurence Fox is physically just so quirky and filmable and his character was given the doorway to real psychological depths. Thought we might get an angle on the gargoyles but the producers have given us stock footage of the spires. Only watched one of this series.
