h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Two days ago was the generous deadline for the comission I've been doing.

I've done about 10%...

Its not that its been hard to paint or anything, its just I've not had the urge to paint which is frustrating. I spend a few hours last night painting metal. Pointless.

Its why I've given myself today to complete the comission. Well at least the bulk of it.

Then theres gaming in itself.
With games cancelled on a regular basis, I see no point in continuing to play anymore. So I've given Jim two weeks. If I don't play a game in two weeks I'm going to sell up my armies.
It works out at 400 quid brand new. Having said that some of its been painted to my comission standard and is worth about three times that, bringing the grand total of around 700 squid, which I thinks quite a nice sum. Add onto that the comission (800 squids) and odds and ends (to pay for fees).

So what is it that I want with 800 quid then?
Well mum wants 40 quid a week beginning on my 14th birthday and ending the day I leave - a grand total of 520 squid.
Assuming I dont get anymore commission work, that leaves 280 quid.

Any suggestions?

Do you have a good book?

*Looks at shelf which contains 1/3 of the sphere editions of conan, Hagakure, art of war, the bobbit, lord of the rings, brave new world, nineteen eighty four, and nods*

Have many good books.

Dock another 50 quid aquiring the other 20 conan books (I love that auction site...)
