Hes gradually getting more angry in my brain he is. Must be frustrated about it not being the 17th yet.

After lifting my bed a grand total of 440 times over the past two days, Ive conceeded to myself that 500 is an unreasonable target. The skin on my finger nails is pulling back, I can barely move my arms, I couldnt get out of the bath for half and hour, and Im knackered. I've also had two nose bleeds - usually right after the lifting.

However, the effects have been excellent to say the least. Several parts of my arms have more deinition, my torso feels taught, and my back feels great if a little stiff.

Anyway Im off. I reckon I can get to 200 before mid night (Did a hundred this morning, and forty before I came online - that leaves 60. Or 160...)

I won't want to be baked in a pie either...

I have never gotten a nose bleed after elementary school, but that's probably because my only strenous exercise consists of gym activities and cross-country in the late summer/early fall.
