Hiya C.
Well I'm Welsh I come from a tow called Pontypridd, which is 12miles out of Cardiff (UK)and I'm 27.
I have 2 Thunper and Rifik, and a ginger Jack, and 2 aquariums.
I've never heard of Yukon, whats it like there? Whats the weather like? Its starting to get a bit here.
I'm glad you liked my joke I thought it might have been a bit rude for the site but they haven't taken it off yet
Don't think I've seen The Spinal Tap I tend to like action films or comedies or soppy ones.
I'm very much into certain sports not football or rugby , unless I'm proping up the bar
What type if guitar you learning on?

Were do i start, let me see. AAhhh the Yukon. The Yukon is a small teritory in northern canada. Lots of people think its supper cold and stuff, but it realy isnt that cold. In winter our days are realy short, sun comes up at 9am and goes down around 4:30pm, but in summer we have the exact opposite. The movie, "This is Spinal Tap," is a mockumentary, about a fake british rock groop, it is realy fun, or atleast i think so. And i am learning to play the Guitar on a squire strat, and my dads acoustic larave(or something like that).
interesting fact about the Yukon-the yukon has the highest alcohol consumption per capita in the world

i'm not surprised about the alcohol if the nights are that long, its like that here when the winter comes . I only like the snow if I'm on it, but I haven't done that in a while.
Its good to be , Because is in your soul

music is in the soul. so what type of music do you listen to? Any Bands you would suggest
hey
CHeEky CHeRub Posted Oct 15, 2003
To be honest I mainly listen to Hard House, (Lisa Lashes, Judge Jules,Tall Paul, Paul Okenfold) So I don't realy listen to bands but DJ's, but I do like music from all areas from Classical to Rock. What type of music do you like?

Werty Posted Oct 15, 2003
its hard to say what music i like, because it depends greatly apone what mood im in. Although i do not like rap at all, I find it repetative and dull, plus I have little to no respect for the artists considering that they can't play instruments, can't sing, and there liriques arnt nothing specia. I like mostly oldies and rock/softer heavy metal(linken park). But i also like soft music sometimes, like bob marley, or burt bacharach.

Your an eclectic like myself by the sounds of it but where I veer more towards Hard House you veer towards rock.
Rap artist are basically a modern day poet to music. Its actually quite hard to be a Rap Artist yo have to have a certain style as with all music. If you looked past all the hype (and the fact they don't play instruments) and tried to understand the art its actually very good.
After all DJ's don't play instraments either.
I wouldn't mind seeing Nickelback in concert sometime and of course Led Zeplin, Pink Floyd (you can't beat them)

hello again
man ive been going on a pink floyd bing lattely. They sooo rule!
I do agree that some rappers have something of relavence to say, but the magority is just mindless arogance and fine tushed women(not that im complaining). But i can beraly ever understand the words and the beat is always the same.

Whats an Ipod? is like a music system of sorts? I can't get my minidisc to work as of yet I have to try it with a different stereo I nearly threw it at the wall because I couldn't figure it out
ipod
Werty Posted Oct 21, 2003
an ipod is a mp3 player made by apple. It can hold up to 10,000 songs , but mine will only hold 2,500 songs. its saposed to be realy easy to use and it costs an arm and a leg. but im looking forward to it. probably wouldnt be to expensive for you though because you've got the pound.
ipod
CHeEky CHeRub Posted Oct 21, 2003
I was undecided between the personal mp3 or the minidisc but I didn't like the fact that when your memory is full you have to erase some of the tunes you have previously downloaded (or so I'm ment to belive)
What do you use then Dollars?
ipod
Werty Posted Oct 21, 2003
Yes i do use dollars, and what is worse is that there Canadian dollars. Well you do have to delete your music if you want to add more music to your collection but with 2,500 songs to fill i shouldnt have much of a problem with that. what kind of mini disc player did you get?
ipod
CHeEky CHeRub Posted Oct 21, 2003
A Sharp minidisc player, apparently the system in the livingroom isn't compatible so I'll have to try one of the others, If that still doesn't work i'll either have to get a lead to use with the earphones socket or take it back and get a refund. I soo disappointed but I'll get it sorted in the next few days.
Its mad cause when I was looking for one I new what albums I wanted to record and what training material I wanted and then when I had it I couldn't think of anything at all
