Venezuelan government shuts down TV station
Alfredo Posted Aug 16, 2007
Well, today, august 16th 2007 I hear at BBC world that he wants to change the constitution with "presidency" as topic.
Longer office time (7 years) and re-elected as long as any president will be re-elected.
I do realize that this kind of "changes" are very popular around the globe; Boris Jeltsin, satellite states of Russia, Libya, Zimbabwe, China, etc. etc.
He should realize that he lives in very hard world, which means he is watched closer by the world population as by example Boris Jeltsin in his days.
Because he's indigenous, he has to go that extra mile (morally).
I whished it wasn't so, but it is as it is.
I'm really worried, because I whish Venezuele and especially the natives the best they can get.
