David Would you please look at this thread http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/ww2/F125072?thread=364267 There seems to be no indication where his story A2168516 currently is, other than that it has been sent. On another matter. In a previous reply to this contributor (Snowdrop) you said: "I've also noticed that your story has already been submitted to the Editorial Desk. This means it has been edited, cross-referenced and categorised." Would you confirm that this is so? If so, I have unfortunately been misinforming quite a few contributors. I thought that stories at the Editorial Desk were in a queue waiting to be categorised. Kind regards, Peter

Dear Peter Thanks for your message. It appears Helen has beaten me to it! http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/ww2/F125072?thread=364267 Regarding my previous reply to Snowdrop. I'm afraid that my wording was somewhat confusing, I was trying to indicate that the story had been submitted to the Editorial Desk and subsequently categorised. You are correct in saying to users that stories at the Editorial Desk were in a queue waiting to be categorised. Best wishes and a Happy New Year! David - WW2 Team

I to recently entered an article titled "A Boy's Eye View". However I can't find it anywhere. My personal page shows I have submitted TWO articles A2318898 and A2318825. However both these are blank.
Your help would be appreciated.

Dear walterrobert
I've been looking into your query and it seems that unfortunately your story's text has not been saved for some reason. This has been known to happen on rare occasions. My best suggestion would be to go to the story page:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/ww2/A2318898
and click the orange edit button to the right. You can then copy your story back into the content window and give it a title, click save and the story will be still on the editorial desk but with the content now in place. The other article you refer to:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/ww2/A2318825
refers to the text in the about 'About Me' section of your Personal Page. Once you add some information in the 'About Me' section this will link to the text as a separate article page.
I hope that you find this helpful walterrobert, but please feel free to drop me a line or leave a message on the Site Help forum (http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/ww2/Help) if you have anymore questions or problems.
Best wishes
