HELLO DAVID ONCE MORE
Just a little more trouble,I wrote another storey on Note pad and tried to paste it to the ww2 site. The cut and paste the edit buttons only appeared in grey so how do I overcome this problem.THE posting did appear on the site but only shows CUT and PASTE. What a FAU Par I have made of this. Any solutions.
BEST REGARDS. FREDDY DYKE.

Hello Freddy
If you follow these steps you shouldn't have any problems:
- Open up the story you wrote in notepad.
- Highlight all the text by holding down the control key 'Ctrl' and pressing the 'A' key on your keyboard.
- Whilst the text is all highlighted keep holding down the 'Ctrl' key and press the 'C' key on your keyboard.
Thats the copy part done
- Now connect to the net and navigate to the submit a story page and enter in the your details such as name etc...
- Click your mouse cursor on the 'Story' field as if you were going to type into that box.
- Hold down the 'Ctrl' key and press the 'V' key and your copied text will appear pasted into the 'story' field.
These are short cut keys and should make the whole process a lot quicker and easier for you. I hope that the above instructions help, though if you do have any further problems Freddy please feel free to drop me a line.
Best wishes

This now seems that I need to contact you when I make a foolish error,I have to admit I am a bit of a'Dummy'.
But 'YES''YES''YES'its the Cut-Copy-Paste effort that does work when you
press the right buttons as I now have
my latest posting on the Editorial desk. Many thanks to you again I survive for my next Cock-Up.
All for now.
Kind regards and Best wishes.
