This the one Hoon? I'm sure i did comment on another thread maybe not,but its a very nice poem by William Butler Yeats an Irish poet i believe?

Yes. He was the Irish version of the Poet Laureate at the beginning of the 20th Century. I really like his verse.

Lovely. I like his simple verse, which always has a certain depth to it that you often miss on the first reading.

I had a book on Loony Limericks,he had loads of short humorous verses in there,It was given to me by my dad who is also from Limerick
