Well, hypes come and go and these days suddenly there is a girl (Esmee Denters, 18 years old,dutch) who is the object of a real Y.T.Hype, deserves far more than that and with good and sincere coaching she'll sing straight in the heart of any "soul-lover".
I deliberately had not read about her in my newspaper a day before. Why should I?
Well, one day later she was in a late night live talk show (about music) at Dutch T.V. and suddenly she was asked, while sitting around the table, if she would sing two songs รก capella; one cover song and one made by herself. She was not told before.
It got straight into my heart, as an arrow.
"Soul" is under her skin, it's her instinct, her drive and passion.
Yes, I was really uplifted to hear and see her.
