h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

There was a moment today, I had edited some info about a book and several websites about The netherlands, but with a lot of comical elements.

Someone of the H2G2 Mind Police took it too seriously and started a legal investigation, like in the Vatican does when one wonders if a person is a real saint or just a follower of the devil.

I asked them not to take the heavy burdon of permission.
Too risky and the devil might return.

What will happen I don't know, because the first time the Journal just disappeared without telling ánything at all. Nothing, no word, no explanation.

And after a while, the second edition was deheaded and just got some extra shoes on = explaining why it had been deheaded, for a serious,legal investigation.


I could not imagine that there would be ány human being acting in this miracle of disappearence, so in all my naivity I wrote the article again.

Now,I do not like it to replaced again, but I would not be surprised if that would be simply ignored.

Did some back and forth translations.
the royal house >> het koninklijke huis
het koninklijk huis >> the royal house

Either one is completely wrong. . .

Door of the royal house >> Deur van het koninklijke huis
deur van het koninklijk huis >> door of the royal house (nonsense in dutch!)

member of the royalty >> lid van de royalty (can't translate royalty?)
lid van het koningklijk huis >> member of the royal house

The e trailing koningklijk makes the word possessive, it is not the title anymore.
It is like in -- house of commons >> Lagerhuis. Also notice the kapital L given by the translator.


Seems nobody else noticed the difference, as even the 'royal' site has a quirky translation.
