Fair enough: Imperial decree 22B: He who is Hypoman shall be reintituled Bags. I mean, reintituled Commander of the First Imperial Legion of the Order of the Most High and Exalted, Grand Commander and Emperor of the Independent and Highly Sought-After Commonwealth of bubsterland.
And, what with all those capital letters, The George and member of the Commonwealth may also refer to Hypoman as Baggy Caps.
