Dreamt of DVD players and Miami, in that order.
I think 'rejuvenated' pretty much sums it up. Everyone was so completely wonderful and beautiful. I'll stop with the sentence fragments once I figure out what to do in lieu of starting the day by the pool
Didn't manage to convert anyone to Bon Jovi so I guess I'll have to try again next year

*sighs and dreams*
You know, just between you and me, I really shoulda been there.
*hugs Kate in a very huggy-Katey kind of way*
I LOVE YOU!!!! and I actually got to talk to you on the phone!!
*struts around feelin' special*

Everyone was wonderful! And even this stupid cold or whatever it is that's screwing with my voice and making me stay home today can't overpower the feeling of rejuvination. Even my coworker commented on it. I spoke to her on the phone earlier, and she said I seemed happier than normal, laughing and stuff. This she noticed despite my voice being extremely hoarse at the moment.

I really really really wanted to take everyone home with me. Unfortunately, someone would have had to sleep on the patio. So no dice. Sigh.

Am i the only one that flinched to the mention of Bon Jovi?

Actually I've gotten past flinching over the mention of Bon Jovi. There are far, far worse artists in the music world. This is not a choice to be troubled over.

Ohh, there have been much much worse bands. I went to see the Buddy O'reily band in atlanta at eddie's attic. Their opening band was called Hair O' the Dog. A cajan band opening for an irish band. Did i mention i hate sliding electric gituars?

Well, of course. They get all scratched.
And Kate, I did convert YOU to the sacred following of the Red Bull.
So there.

And I forgot to mention that I also had dreams with people I met in Miami in them, though I don't know that they (the dreams) took place there. In fact I remember little else about them.
*wonders if they have Red Bull around here*

In my strange mind even those of you who couldn't go were there; we brought you with us. Only you didn't get sunburned I'm sounding a bit nutters I realize, stop me before I start using phrases like "with us in spirit". But you were definitely missed. I love everybody so much, I feel a giant happy group hug coming on!!!
And YAY I got to talk to Krissy finally!!! I love you!!! Ant and I will definitely be tracking you down in Chicago. Speaking of which it's probably time we started actually planning that, eh Ant?
And I will, I will, convert at least one person to Bon Jovi, I don't care what you say, I will I will! Krissy's exempt because she's in love with a musician and there are probably rules against listening to Jon in those circles But for the rest of you - FloorJovi.com, perhaps?

Oh, and beetle:
Red Bull is a drink that's really sweet and packs quite the charge. Justin calls it Liquid Crack, and for good reason. The ingredients list is just scary - lots of sugar and caffeine and other good stuff.
When Mark heard I hadn't tried it, he said that if I'm a coffee lover then Red Bull would be like coming home...the drink I'd always loved but never knew existed.
And whoa, he was right. It's the sort of thing you can feel coarsing through your veins five minutes after consuming it. The only problem is convincing yourself that no, you can't actually fly...
Why are my hands shaking?

I think i can relate. After a 6 month stowage, Romana was prepped, and we ran out and about the town. I wil clean her up soon so the parts that still have paint on them will shine, the primer will be clean, and the chrome will be flashy.
*vroom vroom*
