Okay, just here to vent. My stress levels are through the roof today. Casey always says he can feel his blood pressure rising in his feet and hands. Well, I can feel it in my teeth. My jaw's been clenched so hard today my teeth hurt. Maybe I should steal Ant's dentist appointment from him...or maybe I should just go get Krissy's dragon again!
Okay...breathe...think...calm...thoughts...

Unclench your jaw, get the bit between your teeth and clench it again with something to concentrate properly on...!

Actually I have a bite guard thing for when I sleep - it's supposed to help bring down my tension level. A lot of good *that's* done...
