In the world of console and computer games the survival horror genre
Is one of the newer entries. Although in most games the idea of survival is utmost. This is pushed to new limits. Here the player is given the means to survive but this is a very fine path to walk. The fact that there are thousands of zombies, monster and sometimes figments of your imagination baying for your blood does not make the task at hand any easier. This is where the horror part comes in freaks jumping out of lockers bursting through windows and just generally making you mess your pants is the call of the day. The daddy of the genre has to be alone in the dark with its jumpy moments and strange camera angles but it was soon surpassed and in its last incarnation copied the control system of capcoms resident evil or biohazard as it was known in Japan or just resi to gamers. Now on to its 12th title resi is a firm favourite with gamers worldwide. Every aspect of the game is built with suspense in mind from the haunting music to click of an empty magazine. Using prerendered backgrounds gives the ideal sweaty dirty location for the game. The player is forced into a life of unrated gore filled hack and slash battles while trying to solve a number of puzzles some of which are Childs play and others that would make a mensa members head sore along with a cool story line with more twists and turns than a rattle snake with a hernia combine to one complete blood soaked package. There have been more pretenders to the throne i.e.: silent hill, eternal darkness etc but none have quite managed it. So long live resident evil and don’t get nightmares.

ive heard theres no cheats for resi. evil codename veronica why is this ??

not sure why but as far as i know resident evil series dont have cheats but you are normally rewarded with some bonus item change of clothes etc when you clock the game ,in code veronica the fps bonus has to be one of the coolest

i would love to see the bonus im struggling with it i dont know how to get the magnum plus how do you beat steve ??

yeah he's the teenager claire meets him and he turns on her with the axe i cant getaway quick enough, plus when you start with claire at that point(after the stairs collapse) her health is on danger do i have to go back ??
