Can You do that
can you see electricity,
from far acrossed the planet,
a strange question asked of me,
So from that day one I made it my task
Then late one November evening, while getting into my bed
A strange prickly sensation whirled around my head
I’ve seen it, and heard it, touched and once felt it,

But the most shocking thing about it was when I first heard
Words spoken by a person bespoke ,by word .a small token
I now try and explain with these words, that feeling concerning
Those electrical words, I have read from the text on some pages
Now part of my head, yet once aloud spoken, and heard via
One ear, this unearthly sensation again reappeared, those sparks
Seen outside again inside I felt, along with a voice so soft like fresh
Honey ,so sweet ,and smooth, my tummy went funny, with that and
The sparks happening inside my head , I must have just been
Electrocuted.

whilst you try to work out,

As you sit on the hill ,
and gaze down at the trees,
in your five star comfort, feeling
ill at ease.
As you sit by the sea ,
on some faraway beach
,the answer beguiles
you just out of reach.
Then you look up to the skies,
and study the Moon,
The answer becomes you
you where born far to Soon ,

So like rip van winkle
Return back to sleep,
The secrets to long life
Or.........

Go to sleep? To dream!? Like Sleeping Beauty and The Beauty from Beauty and The Beast? All those beauties find
smoke and altars
their own strengths transformed

The first seems your classic unique style
A bit of a darkly humorous surprise at the end.
Having felt more than my share of electricity ,it makes me squirm a bit! This is my third read. I like it of course.

The second seems to have a great start, although it may veer away from intentions around 5 star.... but that could just be me, or me today Don't make to much of my confusion.
*Plus it is a work in progress and you always have a way of bringing it all together!
