right then how man of you sat incrediously in front of tv today and what did he get right? (no smiey for rat)
N h s "change was necessary that was one of the premise he was elected for.i suppose giveing more choice does include wait longer and longer for your operation for a condition brought on by lackof care or being spottedlate after several dalayed appointment for budget cuts ect,i'd be interested to know the percentage of "clients for want of a better word" cant say patients more like lottery winners in some area, Died whilst waiting for treatment,and are these figures taken or is this sort of information no collated any more for fear of adverse publicity.
Top up fees had problems of funding been addressed in the 70/80 a loy of todays advances would have come from english universities and colledges and we would not been in the mess now ,along with learning from brothers and sisters,not done when your studying abroad as no funding ect at home.
As for I.d cards protecting civil libertiesa proper police force and proper enforcement is all that has been needed for a long time
there being a lot to read in social security changes i:e you claim you considered guilty of abuseing system and treated as such unless ..........
