Long! We started our 4th of July sale today and we were busy! The big thing in the U.S. is for department stores to put bonus coupons in the paper that are good for an extra 20% off sale or clearance items, well it makes the store a MAD HOUSE! It amazes me that people will stand in line for 20 minutes just to save $2 I would rather come back the next day spend the extra money than wait in line. To let you know how busy we were today, by the time I left at 7p.m. we had in $600,000. So I am tired and probally be going to bed soon.

Thanks for the compliment, I actually look a little different now because I have lost almost 20 pounds. I don't know how because I eat junk! I think since I have started working closer to home I am less tired and I seem to eat more when I am tired.

Hey you e-mailed me yesterday and you seemed upset with me, did I do something? If I did I didn't mean too. When you didn't e-mail today I thought you decided not to talk anymore

I hope your e-mail gets better soon I know how that feels. When I start having problems something usually gets thrown across room, which costs me more money but it makes me feel so good at the time!

playing up thats a lot of money $600,000 WOW lol its amazing how people queue for ages
for the bargains. when i went to florida 19 monts ago we shopped in some supermarket called wyn dixies have you heared of them??
its a very good supermarket and the beer is very cheap even though i bought a lot lol and the steaks there are wonderfull it took me nearly a full hour to cook a steak right through lol it was that thick but mostley we ate
out to a restaurant called the ponderosa that was excellent where going back there next year i put weight on while i was there
eating to much lol my brother has been on the internet tonight looking for good flight deals but there not coming out till late august and september so we have to wait. anyway i do like the smileys 2 there very good arnt they? i didnt know there was that many to choose from also i felt more happy when i said your pretty well your more than preety your lovely lol anyway michelle i do want to keep in touch with you i think your a nice lady and im for upsetting you in my other e-mail ive been feeling awfull all day while shopping im very and i always want to keep in touch with you take care love phil xx

Yes I have heard of winn dixie they are all over the south but not in Houston. We have Randall's,Kroger, H.E.B. and many more. There is one called Fiesta which is weird they sell food of course but you also get a cell phone, clothes,jewerly, buy airline tickets and a whole bunch of other stuff. When I first moved here it freaked me out because we didn't have anything like that in California.

Is food really cheaper here?

hello michelle thanks for your message yes i think the food is cheaper in the states we ate out most of the time in the ponderosa we got a 16oz steak with fries and mushrooms but before that we helped our self to the free buffet chicken nuggets and ice cream and jelly and when the main
meal came along i couldn't eat it
lol but the whole meal came to $24 which i thought was cheap i even liked shopping for the clothes i bought a lot of levi 501s and tee shirts and a couple of pairs of reebok my suit case was a lot heavyier going back than coming hahaha at the moment ive got a big american flag on my
bedroom wall its brilliant it reminds me being back there sometimes i can for not being back over there ill have to keep my eyes open for the fiestas

I have heard Levi's are expensive in Europe Is that true? I know I have lots of people buying them here when they visiting.

So how much weight did you gain when you were here? Did you have to buy the new jeans because your old ones didn't fit?

I see my parents all the time. I told you about Harley going to day care, well they close at 6 and I am usually still at work, so my mom picks him up for me. We are always doing family stuff and we go out to eat with them at least once a week.

My parents are doing fine but I went and saw my grandmother last night and she seems weaker.
