I'm leaving this topic here so that members of Ouch are free to discuss the topic if they so choose to away from the publicity of Ouch.
I would like a constructive talk about this, and purely on the basis of advise - I will not tolerate people posting to say that "YOU'RE BREACHING CONFIDENTIALITY!!!" or similar, and hence you will be reported.
Thank you, and have a nica cuppa tea.

Original post:
Following on from my DofE service, I have managed to begin to see the gizmos and gadgets of what my friend uses to, and one of these is a communication aid.
In short, the CA is a piece of technology which uses macro buttons in order to play a recorded message, normally for a word and/or communicating messages. Responses such as "Yes" "No" "" etc.
As advised by the parents, they have recommended that I create a list of responses for Friend to use whilst I'm here. I'm tasked with making this list of responses so my friend will be able to communicate better to myself.
I have devised some basic responses, such as my full name, yes, no, Hello, Bye, but I need some advice on what other responses I should add.
The following criteria is what I've proposed:
1/4 of the menu should be general responses to get my attention, or speaking to myself directly.
1/4 of the menu should be general replies my friend wishes to say, so he can communicate to me speaking to him.
2/4 of the menu should be requests to do an activity, as he loves his Rugby, this will be more for 'recreational' stuff.
Any advice on what pieces I should add to this list?
Cheers.
