Surprisingly, my feet don't hurt.
Tacysa Posted Apr 29, 2004
I don't truly appreciate soccer, I'm afraid, but, being the good little Southern girl I am, I've learned to love football. It's a better game to play, but the only people who will play with me are my cousin's friends who are more interested in getting their hands on me and weigh twice as much as I do. It's still fun, but I have to settle most of the time with watching it on TV. Just because the teams are made up of pigs in tight pants that run into other pigs doesn't mean anything. Of course, there is a certain appeal in watching large, muscular guys in tight pants running around, but maybe that's because I'm a heterosexual female.

Thats probably it, yeah, but I don't want to make much comment on the matter, its the fact there in shorts and t-shirts in snow, rain, or pretty much anything that I can't stand, it makes me feel cold. That and because i am a heterosexual male the cloves make no appeal to me. The fact that there large and muscular means only more repulsion. If I wanted to watch people running into other people chasing after a ball generally with the intelligence factor of a small dog makes the game about as appealing to me as a shit on concrete. As for AFL well that has large non muscular guys with more intelligence than a pea running round in short shorts and t-shirs, and that is also equally as appealing as a shit on pavement, only slightly more appealing than rugby or gridiron. As for cricket for some unknown reason people standing out in a field all day with a red ball and bats has more appeal than 90 minutes of "hard packed action". Soccer is slightly more appealing than the three footballs, but since all our teams sux big time its barely watch-able. Now women's volleyball now there is a sport...

Pffft, American football, Rugby for wimps who have to wear padding...ruck over!
And its not called "soccer", no. Across South & Central America, Africa, Asia, Europe, they call it "football", "fussball", "zuqiu". Bloody colonials .
(This is the only thing I'm nationalistic about .)

I do believe I said that it was only called soccer in USA?
Anyway, if that's the only thing, I'm impressed. Still... etnos-nationalism =

But the padding...oh, wow. I'd expound, but no one needs to hear about my hangups, I'm sure.
Volleyball is one of the most annoying sports in the world. I love watching steeplechase, though. I was only allowed to do dressage, and steeplechase was my dream. Blasted mother said it was too dangerous, but it is incredible.

Women's Beach Volleyball is completely designed for the male watcher I should warn you, but I am sure you know since AV. Steeplechase is very dangerous I mean getting a horse up all those stairs.
