People tend to dislike geeks, and it's definately a tad geeky to join prom-commision. Nothing wrong with being a geek, though

Also, people dislike ccoommiittee- (don't remember how to write it, so I'll double all the letters) hacks.

Geek 1: colloq To have a gekk at this
Geek2: colloq a person or perosns who submits or makes themselves look foolish {based of the carnival geek whos morbit acts included biting the head of chickens or fish and eating it. This word is now use to assoisiate anyone who has any strange or essentric paterns of behaviour.
