I've decided I like having a business broadband connection at home. Although in the week that I've had it, it's been down twice. You'd think that BT would be a bit more capable than that.

We are talking about a telephone company, right?

Humm well the last time I waited in all day for BT they didn't turn up to install the phone line. Still they were very nice when I rang up to ask why they hadn't turned up.

I'm starting to get the impression that they pump all their money into training their staff to be very nice and friendly on the phone, rather than actually supplying a decent service.

I actually had to phone them up today to ask them how often their dns server replicated themselves. It seemed tha the ones I was always being hooked into weren't updating.
