Gosho's questionables

Post 1

There is only one thing worse than being Gosho, and that is not being Gosho

That sounds like the name of a Scottish fitba' team smiley - biggrin

Anyhoo, here is the one entry from my batch which I'm undecided about:

A725771 Amazing Egypt
It's a first person account of living and working in Cairo, but it looks like there might be enough in there to encourage someone to write about the place itself in a form which follows the guidelines, or maybe take it up and personalise it for The Post. We already have several entries with Egyptian content, but no entry about the country or about Cairo.

Mikey the Humming Mouse - A3938628 Learn More About the Edited Guide!

I would vote for keeping it, just because there's some amazing content in there. You'd think someone would find a use for it.

But that could be just me. smiley - 2cents

I agree. I'm basing my judgment on the entry about Tucson... or was it Phoenix, called something like 'Rain in the Desert' which was a similar first person account but which has been picked up smiley - smiley

It wasn't picked up in the sense of making it into the Guide. It's only that I picked it and said something along the lines of 'I'll try it now, perhaps there's a sub willing to knock it into shape'. Obviously there wasn't, or Sam wouldn't want to make this a 'first'.

smiley - cheers
