h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Having had a hernia operation last Monday and now facing 4 to 6 weeks of forced leave,it was about time to revist old websites that have been neglected,basically to moan or not as the case maybe.With hernia ops they should show you the after affects so you can be prepared for the assault on the male groin.Mine looks like if when under they bashed it with a wooden mallet then sliced me open to see the results.My joke to my wife was "MY GOD THEY CUT MY BO///.S OFF"when I came too.It was also nerve racking when the nurse orders you to sleep or else.Then when you wake up they get you to urninate before they let you home.I'm sorry but my nads are black and blue I'll be lucky if I can stop screaming or even remeber what I'm suppose to do with them.
Nowadays they keep you in for a day not keep you for at least three days or a week as years ago.On top of that my other have wants me to put ice on it to take out the swelling no thank you my poor nads and groin have enough shock for one life time they only got over a vasectomy 10 years ago.
While recovering I thought I look up the family tree.My surname is common enough but because I spell it with a "y" not an "i" then it put its apart.That makes it interesting my family originates from Ireland and on recent visit looked up some of my wifes family tree and associated interesting places.Acording one website we could be descend from a Yorkshire family my wifes family all so originated in Yorkshire therefore we could be distanly related.Anybody studying family trees will realise that it's big business and apparently the Mormons are the best to start from as they belive if they save one family memember then it goes back to when God was a boy.
So what have I discovered is that one branch of the family tree was related to Mrs Fitzherbert that sceretly married George the forth when he was Prince of Wales and they could have had at least one or two girls.Which begs the question if Queen Victoria wasn't around the Crown could have gone to Commoners and Catholics.Since I fit those two criterea I want my crown only joking??.As I find more tidbits I'll post them while I recover.
