Keeping in mind that 'bach' is supposed to rhyme with 'batch' and that a number of your examples are Maori in origin, a brief phonetic pronunciation guide would be quite helpful

In order to keep the focus of your entry from straying you may want to keep it just to words or phrases that are strictly Kiwi, especially if there is more you would like to add. It may also improve readability if you broke up your list a bit, perhaps into groups of words that concern the same things. For instance group food words together, geographical locations together, terms that refer to people or groups of people together, etcetera.

Have you had a look at other Edited Entries that concern language and dialects for some other ideas?

On the whole a good start! Just needs a little work
